Council Community Grants
Grants up to $3,000 are available to community organisations for projects that address community needs through special events, sport and recreation and/or community development. Applications are invited all year round.

Refund of Regulatory Fees charged by Council
This opportunity is open to 'not for profit' community organisations. The refund of regulatory fees will typically be restricted to building, planning, plumbing, place of assembly permits and food licence fees.
Charges collected by Council on behalf of a third party such as government agencies do not form part of this refund.
Applications should be made by letter and include official confirmation that fees have been paid. This should be sent to: The Grants Administrator, Meander Valley Council, PO Box 102, Westbury, TAS 7303.

Individual Sponsorship
Small donations are made to individuals who have been selected on merit to participate or compete in an event of national or international significance.
Applications should be made by letter and include official verification of the individual's selection. This should be sent to: The Grants Administrator, Meander Valley Council, PO Box 102, Westbury, TAS 7303.
